1) First of all, you will have to melt the glycerin soap base in a boiler or on a stove. It should be heated to a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius or 155 degrees Fahrenheit. It will be better if you melt the glycerin slowly through slow heating. Therefore, the stove burner should be set to low. Once glycerin reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the burner or microwave.
2) The next step is to pour some drops of soap coloring solution until you see a desired color.
3) You may even add fragrance. It will be better if you use natural extracts or oils as fragrance. Adding just a few drops will go a long way.
4) Lastly, pour liquid glycerin into molds. Let it cool and freeze.
