Our hair manifests a lot of different oils that could cause acne on the face. If you have long hair, tie it up. While you may be letting the acne show, you will prevent oils from contacting your skin, and causing further irritation. Those with long hair may want to consider getting a haircut until their acne disappears.

3. Eat More Fruits and Vegetables

Meat has been known to aggravate the skin, and it can cause your body to go into an unbalanced state. If you are interested in finding more ways to promote healthy living in your system, you should consider eating more vegetables and fruits particularly in the morning. It has been known that the nutrients will be better absorbed into the body.
