1. Learn what foods and drinks cause your rosacea to flare. Spicy food, hot drinks, anything that contains caffaine and wine are the main culprits.

2. Protect your skin from extreme temperatures. Overheating of skin can cause a flare up.

3. Protect your face from the wind and cold. Make sure the material touching your face is not made of wool or of any rough material.

4. Protect your skin from the sun. Look for sunscreens containing titanium dioxide or zinc oxide and have a broad spectrum of SPF 30. Or you can even look for those containing silicone. Read more

  2. Great tips thanks. I find extremes of temperature make it worse. I use neroli and parsley oil in my moisturizer (few drops of each) and it helps rosacea
